Vallnord ski resort Opening, 2011-2012

Monday to Sunday 9am-5pm

Winter season to be launched on 26th of November 2011.
Ski slopes will be open until April 9th 2012 in Pal and Arinsal and until Arpil the 15th of 2012 at Arcalís sector (information updated 2nd of April 2012).

Vallnord is one of the big Ski resorts of Andorra (96 km of slopes). Located at North West in the country, the North Valleys Ski Resort is composed of three main sectors: Ordino-Arcalís, Arinsal and Pal. Vallnord Ski resort will open their doors and slopes from November 26th 2011 provided the snow conditions are favorable.

! BREAKING NEWS !!  La Massana, 01.Dec. 2011-- Vallnord slopes will open next saturday as forseen but only partly (Arcalís sector). This week-end expected snowfalls in the area could mean the total opening of the resort next week (5-12th of december).

! BREAKING NEWS !!  La Massana, 22.Nov. 2011-- Vallnord ski area executives decide to delay due to the lack of snow. The inauguration is now foreseen for the next week-end, 3d and 4th of december 2011 (the technical staff have already activated the artificial snow machines)

Ski Vallnord Andorra, new attractions 2011-2012:
> Arcalís sector: DVA Freeride at Creussans, new Woodpark at Portell Forest, Megagreen slope (8 km, the largest green slope in the Pyrenees), open and free WiFi available in the whole sector
> Arinsal sector: new Freeride space, new cafeteria-terrasse
