1. To confirm the booking:
15% as a diposit
The rest of the Money will be payed the departure day
2. Arrival time to the apartment:
From 14:00 to 21:30 hours
Late arrivals , please contact reception: 00 376 749749
If the guest doesn’t come before 21:30 hours and he doesn’t notify about his delay, the booking will be cancelled.
3. Departure time from the apartment:
The departure day the apartment must be leaved before 11:00 hours in the morning.
From this time we will charge you another accommodation night.
4. Once you are lodge if you decide to go before time, we will charge you the total amount of the accorded booking nights.
5. You will find the apartment clean, so we ask you to give it back in the same conditions
The departure day the apartment will be check and in case it is not in good conditions there will be a supplement of 100.€ to clean it.
6. If there is any damage in the apartment the guest must inform reception. If the damage is caused by the guest voluntarily, he must pay for the damages.
7. In case of cancellation of the booking, we don’t send you the deposit back. If you cancel before 15 days, we keep the deposit waiting for another occasion you can come back.
8. From 23:00 hours we beg you to keep silence and to not disturb the other guests.
9. Direction is not responsible about any theft or lost in the apartments or surroundings.
10. Direction is not responsible about accidents in the apartments or sorroundings.
