OTHER RATES:

• Children ( untill 15 years old ): 10.-€ per night in all the seasons.
• Supplement apartment 65 m2(1 bathroom): +10.-€ per night ( always with minimum occupancy of 4 people )
• Supplement apartment 70 m2(2 bathrooms): +15.-€ per night ( always with minimum occupancy of 4 people)
• Supplement person: 12.-€ per night
• Baby cot :6.-€ per night

DISCOUNTS:

• For stays of 7 nights or more: -10% discount
• For stays from 8 to 13 nights: -15% discount
• For stays of 14 nights or more: -20% discount
• For stays with arrival in Sunday and departure in Friday (5 nights): Importants discounts. Ask for rates!

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

The first time of your accomodation to the apartments you must pay a diposit of the 15 % from the total amount of the booking.

CHECK IN-CHECK OUT:

• The entrance timetable of the apartment is from 14:00 to 21:30 hours. ( If the apartment is ready, we don't have any problem to give you the apartments keys.Please, contact to us ).
  If you arrive later than 21:30 hours you have to contact us and we will explain to you how and where you can pick your apartments keys up .
• The departure timetable of the apartment is untill 11:00 hours in the morning.
• Posibility to stay untill 18:00 when the availavility allows it and for the price of 25.-€

Our timetable reception is from 08:00 untill 21:30 hours.

CANCELLATIONS:

• If you cancel 48 hours in low and medium season and 96 hours in high season  before your arrival we can keep your money in diposit and without limit of time for another time you can come back.
• If you cancel outside date you lose the totality of your money.

SERVICES:

• Sheets and towels included in the price
• In some apartments you can have the daily cleaning and in some others  you can change towels and sheets without supplement
