Right in front of Apartaments La Neu there is a free bus for our guests to the Ordino-Arcalís ski slopes, which are only 8 km away and 10 minutes from the apartments.
The other sectors of Grandvalira (Soldeu-El Tarter and Pas de la Casa-Grau Roig), with access via the Funicamp, are 18 km and 25 minutes from Apartaments La Neu.
The Pal-Arinsal ski resort, in the La Massana area, accessible by funicular, is located 9 km and 13 minutes from the apartments.
The beginning of one of the most well-known and beautiful excursions in Andorra, the Tristaina Lakes, and also the Tristaina Solar Viewpoint at the top of Peyregulis (2,701 m), are located just 10 minutes by car from Apartaments La Neu.
The Sorteny Valley Natural Park is located 5 minutes from the property, and the famous Iron Route, right next to Apartaments La Neu, is an easy walk, surrounded by nature and culture.
Apartaments La Neu is a smoke-free area. Smoking is not allowed in the entire building.

Yes. Apartaments La Neu offers free Wi-Fi throughout the property: in the apartments, in the bar-cafeteria and in the restaurant.
Yes, in Apartaments La Neu we accept 1 dog or 1 cat for apartment (no other animals), with a cost of 15€/night and with the following conditions:
- We only accept dogs up to 25 kg.
- We do not accept dogs of potentially dangerous breeds.
- Under no circumstance may the dog be left alone in the apartment. In winter season and if you come to ski, you cannot leave your pet alone in the apartment and go up to the slopes.
- We will check the apartment before you vacate it. We will charge a minimum supplement of 100€ if there is any damage.
- Pets are not allowed in the bar-cafeteria and restaurant area, only on the terrace of the bar-cafeteria.
- Guide dogs have access to the establishment without any kind of restriction.
At Apartaments La Neu you can rent a baby cot for €6/night and a baby high chair completely free of charge.

Yes. Since July 1, 2022, the Government of Andorra has implemented a tourist tax on all tourist establishments in the country. The tax is €1.57 per person per night (for those over sixteen years of age). This tax will not apply from the seventh night of your stay onwards.
