The number of persons agreed in the booking, must be respected.


 


 1.- Cancellation policy 2021-22:


 


From 1st of December 2021 to 30th of November 2022


 • If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 2 daysbefore the arrival date, no charge will be made. If you cancel or modify the reservation out of time, the establishment will charge the first night, if no-show the establishment will charge 100% of the total stay.


EXCEPT:


-ALL winter weekends; from December (Friday and Saturday night); 8 to 11, 2021; from December 17 to 23, 2021; from February 4 to March 12, 2022; from April 08 to 12, 2022; from July 01 to July 21, 2022;


If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 5 daysbefore your arrival, no charge will be made.


 If you cancel or modify out of time or no-show, the establishment will charge 100% of the total stay.


 


--From July 22, 2022 to August 27, 2022:


On these dates, if you cancel or modify the reservation up to 7 daysbefore your arrival, no charge will be made.


If you cancel or modify out of time or no-show, the establishment will charge 100% of the total stay.


 


- From December 03 to 07, 2021; December 24, 2021 to January 8, 2022; from April 13 to 16, 2022:


On these dates, 30% of the total of your stay will be charged as a pre-payment, at the time of the booking.


If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 14 daysbefore your arrival, the establishment will refund the amount paid.


If you cancel or modify out of time or no-show, the establishment will charge 100% of the total stay.


 


NON-REFUNDABLE RATE:


In any period of the year, without distinction, the total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of the booking.


If you cancel or modify the reservation at any time, once it has been made, the establishment will charge 100% of the total stay.


 


 


 2. Check in: From 15:00 to 21:30 hours. Later entries from this time, call reception: 00 376 7497 49 If the client doesn’t come before 21:30 hours and without warning, booking will be cancelled automatically according to the cancellation policy.


 


3. Check out: The day of departure the apartment must be left before 11:00 am. After this time, will be charged one night more.


 


4. Once you are accommodated in the apartment, if you decide to lower your days, the amount of days originally reserved will be charged.


 


5. The day of your departure the apartment must be delivered in the same conditions as you founded the day of your arrival. The apartment will be checked and if it is not in the required conditions, an amount of 100€ will be charged.


 


6. If there is any damage in the apartment, the customer must inform reception.


 


7. From 23:00 hours, we ask you to keep silence in order not to disturb other guests on her break.


 


8. The management is not responsible for any theft or loss that can happen in the apartments or around.


 


9. The management is not responsible for any accidents that may happen in the apartments or in their facilities.


 


10. The management reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation within 24h of it being received, in the case of there being a clerical or typographical error in the rate quoted.
