Lovely friendly people, super clean, warm, piping hot water with fabulous water pressure in the shower, good sized bath towels (a bit bigger than most places), washing machine, nice duvets, comfy pillows and bed, free safe and ski locker, nice decor and ambiance, home from home and just so much more.
